Mobile Assist Consultants Limited is an all-inclusive service for freelance contractors, Locum Doctors and Contractors from the Constructions & Haulage Industry who are resident in the UK and subject to UK tax. We also provide employment for Care workers and Cleaners to our Agents in the Care homes and Local Authorities. We are based in Hertfordshire in UK and as such provide us the advantage of being able to pay our employees with greater flexibility.

We provide adequate Insurance Cover including PII, Employers Liability and Public

No joining or leaving fees

We charge our fees on the paid invoices to so you only pay us when you are working. We do not charge you joining or leaving fees.

Free Accounting Support

We shall cover your accounting fees for the completion of your Tax Returns, except where your affairs are complicated example includes property letting and other self employed income and capital gains tax computations.

MAXIMISED EARNINGS - We can pay you in a mixture of salary and dividend should you wish to invest in the Limited Liability Company, resulting in you retaining between 64% and 78% of your contract value after taking into account all taxes, national insurance and our fees ranging between 4- 9%.
FLEXIBLILTY - We provide you a secured self- employed status should decide stay as self employed. We provide you full time employment should decide to take the employment option. We protect you from IR35 compliance and also the risk of running your own company
FULLY COMPLIANT - EU compliant contract of employment designed for us by qualified human resources professionals. We also provide a contributory Pension Scheme.
